Prince Charming

The Coolest Horse in Town

The (fake) horse is an all-black, very unique design. Liberty has seen very few horses in all, mostly brown and kinda small. But this horse is shining black – metallic paint with lots of glitter... Very tall and muscular... Police lights flashing under its belly.

They were brown and kinda small...

What Liberty couldn’t see from afar were the 12-disc changer installed in its hind and the GPS monitor attached to the mane.

No need to mention the Magnesium Hooves and Orthopedic Saddle with shock absorbing gel, because those come as standard features in Imperial Model 666, all built-in.

Above the tail it’s got a large two-tone bumper sticker saying:

Yo!
                    Yo Sister is a Ho!

It's working

The mysterious “man,” riding his mighty horse, made his first appearance one quiet evening in line of sight with Liberty’s cave.

sunset

He stopped, far below, in such a way that the sunset would shine over the back of his black glittering horse. He does not look toward Liberty, as if not aware one iota of her existence. He only takes a long look at the video monitor attached to the mane, making sure she is watching him.

Then, he sends her a short and dreamy glance, pseudo-romantic, and drives his horse far away into the darkening desert.

He gets away on such a course that would allow Liberty to watch him for several long blinks. His eyes are still on the monitor: IT’S WORKING!

Tomorrow he would get closer, and then he’d pass by the water well when she makes her daily round.

"YES!!!”  said the snake.
